Jaguar is an Indian word that means ``he who kills with one leap.''
Tri Gold Farms Inc. may not yet be making a killing with its Jaguar Gourmet Rainforest Ice Cream, but the Denver-based company has been leaping and bounding across North America since the tropical fruit dessert debuted in April.
The ice cream is now sold in grocery stores in Colorado, Oregon, Washington, Illinois and Minnesota. The pints are sold in 348 markets. The private company is now stalking grocers in Texas, Arizona and Northern California.
More than 57,600 pints of the ice cream's eight flavors have been sold. ...
