Winning a spot on Working Mother magazine's list of the 100 best companies a woman can work for has become for many a song-and-dance played to an audience of one: Milt Moskowitz.

He's the man who has compiled the list since it began with 30 companies in 1985. Along the way, he's visited more child care centers than he can count. And he's become very popular.
