Palomino Euro Bistro, considered one of the most innovative restaurants in the country, soon will ride into Denver.
The restaurant, which features Mediterranean fare, is shooting to open in December in the Park Central building at Arapahoe Street and the 16th Street Mall.
The 400-seat Palomino will have one of the most expensive interior finishes of any restaurant in Denver.
Typically, opening costs for a Palomino run between $3 million and $4 million, ``and because of its size, this will be one of the more expensive ones,'' General Manager Jeff Marti said.
