* GLADYS BERNING, 73, of Denver died Oct. 9. Services were held. Mrs. Berning was born in Joliet, Ill., on Oct. 7, 1924. She married Quentin Berning and was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband; daughter Louisia Murrow of Oklahoma; son Julius Berning of Switzerland; five grandchildren.
* THEODORE DOUGLAS MILLER COX, 78, of Denver died Oct. 9. Private services will be at a later date. Mr. Cox was born in Dayton, Ohio, on Feb. 15, 1919. He was a long-haul truck driver. Survivors include sons Tim Mack of Montana, Troy Reed and Thom Cox of Brighton; daughters Debbie of of Commerce City, Trena Cathcart of Thornton, Tammie Baber of Longmont; many grandchildren.
