When you sit down at the Thanksgiving table, should you reach for the butter or the margarine? If you read about the most recent research study on trans fatty acid, you could decide it's not nice to fool Mother Nature and reach for the butter.
The study, published last week in The New England Journal of Medicine, followed 80,082 female nurses, examining their dietary habits over 14 years.
