Former University of Colorado president Judith Albino told regents that former Boulder chancellor James Corbridge's sexual behavior on campus was a problem, she testified in a sworn deposition.

Albino testified under subpoena as part of a sexual harassment suit filed by Jennifer Miller, who claims she was forced from her job as office manager for the chancellor after rebuffing his advances. The suit contends that Miller suffered a campaign of sexual harassment by Corbridge and that current chancellor Roderic Park engaged in a conspiracy to oust her.
