Nine-year-old Broderick Bell was restrained when he tried out his newly modified bicycle around the block of his grandmother's home Thursday.
``It's good,'' he said, as his left hand slipped off the altered handlebar and he leaned on his right foot to rest on his black and yellow bicycle.
But moments later, he was laughing out loud as his mother, Ollie Phason steadied him as he eagerly rode down to the corner.
``Hey, it's illegal to laugh out loud,'' joked his uncle, Vincent Phason, 43, who was partly responsible for making the moment happen.
