BOULDER -- A city parks employee already serving a deferred sentence for indecent exposure is a suspect in another incident near the Boulder library.
Michael D. Ellis, 47, who works for the city parks and recreation department, was arrested for investigation of indecent exposure. He turned himself in to police Thursday.
