CALGARY, Alberta, June 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Gold Medal Group Inc. (the company) announced today that it has made a conditional offer to acquire all outstanding shares of Gold Medal Equipment Edmonton Ltd., "Gold Medal Edmonton", herein, an Alberta private company.

The takeover is conditional upon (a) 90 percent acceptance by the shareholders of Gold Medal Edmonton; (b) regulatory approval; (c) confirmation to the company of the essentials of Gold Medal Edmonton's organization and business; and (d) receipt of an acceptable valuation of Gold Medal Edmonton ...
