DC Talk knows too well the peaks and pitfalls of being a top Christian rock act.
On one hand, the trio's loyal fan base gobbled up 500,000 copies of its latest release, Jesus Freak, in the first 30 days. On the other hand, for a band with a gold record, DC Talk is little more than a Christian rock oddity to the rest of the world.
