Philip Lowery may be the best-known Colorado lawyer ever brought down by disciplinary action.
Now, he's pleading his case for a comeback.
Lowery, 64, suspended from the Colorado bar more than a year ago for sexually harassing three female employees at his Denver firm, is seeking reinstatement.
A four-page petition filed last month with the Colorado Supreme Court argues that Lowery has learned a lot since he was suspended June 7, 1995.
Lowery, who has been working as a law clerk at his firm, declined comment on his case.
His suspension represented a tumble from lofty heights.
