WASHINGTON -- More than two out of three Americans favor NATO forces' seeking out and arresting indicted Bosnian Serb war criminals, even if it puts U.S. troops at risk, a study suggests.
The survey by the University of Maryland's Center for International and Security Studies also suggests that a slim majority of Americans approve of U.S. participation in NATO's peacekeeping force in Bosnia.
And if American soldiers are not expected to shoulder most of the burden, about 59% of those surveyed would support U.S. troops' remaining in Bosnia beyond the promised one-year mission end in December, says ...
