What was this headline doing buried in the back of the paper? It should be on the front page in bold type. What a breakthrough!
Admittedly, I was unaware there was a season for grousing. It seemed to me that grousing was rampant all year round. If there are legal limitations, there has been a lot of grouse poaching going on in recent years.
Moreover, I had no idea that state or federal agencies had any control over grousing. But here is Ohio taking the revolutionary step of shortening the season. What department was responsible for the courageous decision? Did the legislature ...
