Bob Goin doesn't want the in-fighting that has hampered the University of Cincinnati in the past. And as the school's new athletic director, he's going to try to change that.
''I'm coming to the University of Cincinnati to build that family in the athletic department,'' Goin said. ''It's going to be us against them, not us against us.''
Goin was introduced today at Shoemaker Center as the athletic director after being offered the job - and accepting it - Tuesday. Goin replaces UC vice provost Tony Perzigian, who has served as interim AD since Gerald O'Dell left the position Aug. 8, and is the ...
