The loss of the Castellini Co. and its 250 jobs to Northern Kentucky is the latest in a series of blows that business and city leaders say undermines confidence in Cincinnati's top development officer.
Economic Development Director Andi Udris came to Cincinnati from Cleveland in 1994 with a reputation as a high-stakes deal maker who could make big projects work.
But since then thousands of jobs have left the city, with few successes to offset those losses.
''You can't dislike Andi,'' one local business leader said. ''But he commits to things he can't fulfill.
