After 16 years as executive editor of Change, this is my final issue. For me, it's an occasion for memories, satisfactions, and a regret or two; letting go isn't easy. But you can't be in favor of "change" without recognizing that a dose of it might be good for yourself And a new editor is any magazine's best hope for fresh life. May I reminisce?
