Two days before the release of a state fact-finder's report, the Cincinnati Public Schools teachers union attracted 500 people - 350 parents and 150 teachers - to a rally to challenge the direction of the city school district.
Titled a ''City Wide Parent Teacher Conference,'' the meeting Wednesday night at Woodward High School focused on recent decisions and actions by the district's Board of Education.
