RICHMOND -- None of the boys' high school basketball teams in Northern Kentucky play pressure defense and run the floor as well as Holy Cross.
But the Indians met their match in the first round of the Kentucky All ''A'' Classic on Thursday at Eastern Kentucky University.
Somerset shot a blistering 61 percent from the field to defeat Holy Cross, 72-61.
''In order to beat them, we had to press effectively and play halfcourt defense effectively and we didn't do either one very well as the final score indicates,'' Holy Cross coach Clay Eifert said.
