With his family surrounding him for support, Steven Von Bargen went on trial today in Hamilton County Juvenile Court.
The 17-year-old junior at Roger Bacon High School is charged as a juvenile with aggravated vehicular homicide and aggravated vehicular assault in the deaths of his brother and two other Roger Bacon students on Jan. 14. Judge David Grossmann is presiding.
