Seventeen-year-old Steven Von Bargen will learn his fate Wednesday in one of the most emotionally wrenching traffic-fatality cases in recent memory.
The Roger Bacon High School junior wept at Monday's trial as attorneys spoke of his 16-year-old brother's death, along with two other schoolmates, in a car driven by Von Bargen. Von Bargen's mother also broke down in tears.
Hamilton County Juvenile Court Judge David Grossmann will announce a verdict in the case at 9 a.m. Wednesday.
