Steven Von Bargen could go to a state juvenile jail for two years or more in connection with the deaths of his brother and two friends, and the injury of another person in a Jan. 14 auto accident.
A student at Roger Bacon High School, Von Bargen was charged as a juvenile with three counts of aggravated vehicular homicide and one count of aggravated vehicular assault.
Hamilton County Juvenile Judge David Grossmann ruled the youth delinquent on all four charges. The decision is similar to a finding of guilty in an adult court.
