Omnicare Inc. officially signed a lease Thursday to move its corporate headquarters from downtown Cincinnati to the Covington riverfront in early 1998.
Corporex Cos. Inc., owner of the RiverCenter office complex, said the pharmacy-services company would occupy the top three floors in the second office tower, which is under construction.
Omnicare currently is located in the Chemed Center on Fifth Street in Cincinnati.
The deal moves about 50 corporate employees and will create another 50 jobs as Omnicare consolidates accounting functions from around the country, Omnicare said.
