Dec. 8--FORT WORTH, Texas--Ross Perot Jr.'s real estate development company is entering a new specialty market with the construction of a 300,000-square-foot data center complex at Alliance Texas and the launch of a new division.
Hillwood's new division, Teraspace Networks, will build and market data centers in several metropolitan areas, including Fort Worth-Dallas, Austin, Houston, Phoenix and Denver. The company plans four or five centers in each area, Hillwood officials said.
