Roger Farah Sees Men's Wear Outpacing Overall Growth at Rich's
ATLANTA--Roger Farah has not forgotten where his roots are. The 35-year-old chairman of Rich's Department Store "firmly believes in men's wear" and sees it as one of the areas that will lead the department store chain's growth.
Campeau Corp., which acquired Rich's as part of the Federated Department Stores takeover, has made it clear that Rich's is one of three divisions that "will get a lot of capital," said Farah, who will also oversee the Goldsmith's division. The two former Federated divisions were merged last month by Campeau.
