Phase I of the Nokia Product Creation Center, developed by a partnership between La Jolla-based developer Lankford & Associates and Los Angeles-based real estate investment firm Kearny Real Estate Co., won two Orchid awards last month from the local design and architecture community.
The Orchids & Onions Awards recognize the finest (Orchids) and most flawed (Onions) projects in San Diego County.
One of the awards recognized the architecture of the product creation center in Scripps Ranch along, the Interstate 15 corridor.
