Minnesota officials who would like to duplicate the success that Georgia has enjoyed in creating high-tech jobs are considering replicating at least one important institution that has helped that state garner new jobs.
The Northstar Research Coalition would be Minnesota's answer to the Georgia Research Alliance, an Atlanta-based technology business incubator that is credited with helping Georgia become one of the top five states in terms of high-tech job growth.
