The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated (Nasdaq: CAKE) announces the opening of its 40th Cheesecake Factory(R) restaurant at the Riverside Square Mall in Hackensack, New Jersey. Located just off Route 4 in Bergen County, the new restaurant contains approximately 10,500 square feet and 300 seats.
