Dec. 13--Kansas University and one of America's largest banks is asking the state's highest court to stop a group of KU students from questioning a scholarship hall trust the bank manages.
Bank of America and KU met Wednesday's deadline for filing briefs with the Kansas Supreme Court in their appeal seeking to reverse a state Court of Appeals' November decision to not review a Douglas County District Court judge's ruling in favor of the students.
