CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 15, 2000
Cinergy Corp. (NYSE:CIN) announced today the appointment of Timothy J. Verhagen as vice president of human resources and Leigh Pefley as vice president and chief financial officer of the energy delivery business unit.
Verhagen joins Cinergy from United Dominion Industries Ltd., a diversified manufacturer of industrial test equipment in Charlotte, NC, where he was senior vice president, human resources and administration. He had served as vice president, human resources for United Dominion and The Marley Company, prior to its acquisition by United Dominion in 1993.
