WASHINGTON, July 7 /PRNewswire/ -- There's jubilation at upscale restaurants and specialty food stores across America with the news that curing starts today on the Parma Ham destined for U.S. importation. Absent from America for 20 years, Prosciutto di Parma, which for the U.S. will be cured for 13 months, will begin to arrive here in August, 1989.
