Long known for a focus on food and dining, Philadelphia Magazine, in partnership with WCAU NBC10 and the Loews Hotel, today announces the introduction of a brand new event that will celebrate the region's best. Slated for Wednesday, January 17, (snow date January 18) from 6:30 -- 9:30 p.m. at the Loews Hotel, 12th and Market streets in Center City, Philly Cooks! will highlight the culinary creations of more than 35 restaurants from across the region, which will unveil their "Dish for 2001."
