WOONSOCKET, R.I. -- David Rickard peppers his views about the future of CVS Corp. with meteorological terms.
"The wind is at our backs for growing this company," says Rickard, executive vice president and chief financial officer. "We see no rain in our financial outlook."
But although he envisions nothing but sunny skies for the drug chain, Rickard is familiar with the inclement conditions that other corporations in other fields have encountered.
