Cardinal Logistics Management, Inc. today announced the sale of its van division of Cardinal Freight Carriers, Inc., to Phoenix, AZ-based Swift Transportation Co., Inc. (SWFT). The sale will allow the company to focus on its core businesses in dedicated delivery and logistics management services.
The van division was instrumental in helping Cardinal build a $150 million dedicated delivery business, and the proceeds from the sale will fuel continued growth in that area.
