CHEVRON U.S.A INC. EXECUTES FIRM NATURAL GAS TRANSPORTATION
CONTRACT WITH KERN RIVER GAS TRANSMISSION PROJECT
TULSA, July 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Kern River Gas Transmission Company announced today the signing of the first gas transportation contract for its proposed 837-mile natural gas pipeline to be built from southwestern Wyoming to the heavy-oil fields of Kern County, Calif.
Kern River Gas Transmission is a joint venture of units of the Williams Companies, Inc. (NYSE: WMB), and Tenneco Inc. (NYSE: TGT).
