BART SUBMITS CONTRACT SUMMARY TO GOVERNOR'S BOARD OF INVESTIGATION
OAKLAND, Calif., July 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Keith Bernard, BART's general manager, today submitted to Gov. George Deukmejian's special Board of Investigation the issues of current labor negotiations between BART and United Public Employees (UPE) Local 790, and the Amalgamated Transit Union (ATU) Chapter 1555.
