Origen Therapeutics, Inc. today announced that the company has obtained option rights to non-exclusively license nuclear transfer technology from Geron Corporation (Nasdaq: GERN) for use in avian species. The license to this technology would give Origen the freedom to employ advances in nuclear transfer in combination with its proprietary avian embryonic stem cell technology.
