Detailed guides to one of the busiest recreational boating areas on the Great Lakes, the "Flats" section of the lower Cuyahoga River in downtown Cleveland, are now available from the flats Oxbow Association. The organization collaborated with the U.S. Coast Guard Marine Safety Office to produce the laminated safety guides, using grant funds from the Boat/U.S. Foundation for Boating Safety and Clean Water.
