AIMED at giving everyone the chance of education and employment, the Single Regeneration Budget's Access to Training programme was launched in Coventry and Warwickshire five years ago.
Thousands of people have benefited from the scheme, with many achieving qualifications by overcoming tremendous personal adversities. For the first time, three trainees have received Outstanding Achievement awards for their success.
