WESTPORT, CT, Dec. 22 /PRNewswire/

- Cheshire Distributors, Inc. (OTC BB: CDCA), announced today that it had signed a letter of intent to enter into a joint venture agreement with INKHANYISO TELECOMMS SOLUTIONS HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD to conduct business in the telecommunications industry. Special focus will be devoted to the cellular business. This letter of intent will be superceded by January 8, 2001 with a detailed terms and conditions of the joint venture.
