PORTSMOUTH -- A 64-year-old Portsmouth deputy sheriff was arrested Tuesday morning and charged with several counts of indecent exposure.
Richard Long of Luger Court in Bide-A-Wee Manor was arrested shortly after 10 a.m. in the Fairwood Homes section after police observed him exposing himself, police said.
