VIRGINIA BEACH -- When 20-year-old Nathan L. Kraviec died in September after ingesting LSD during a noisy party of enlisted Navy personnel, nine people were charged with his murder.
All but one of them tried to physically subdue Kraviec at the party that night in the apartment of Craig M. Rubino.
Now, 11 months after the fatal incident - in which Kraviec was smothered with pillows on the floor of the apartment during the throes of a bad LSD trip - that person, civilian Sarah L. Young, is the only one facing a possible murder conviction.
