When Barbara Willenbrink stepped outside early one morning recently, she was shocked at what she discovered in a water-filled clay saucer on her deck.
Willenbrink knew she was seeing an animal and that it was alive, but it looked like nothing she had ever seen before - an alien creature.
``I was terrified at first,'' said Willenbrink, who lives in the Pembroke Meadows area. ``He looked like he had two tails.''
The odd looking animal turned out to be a very small snake that was consuming a mouse head-first, thus the tails that Willenbrink saw at either end.
