OCEANFRONT -- June Strader, also know as The Weepul Woman, can often be found dressed in a top hat and tails - the costume she wears in front of hundreds of students during fund-raising assemblies.
When she is not helping schools with fund-raising, she spends much of her time helping plan all-night graduation parties for public high schools.
When she wears her fund-raising hat, the Weepul Woman tells jokes on stage, carries a collection of fuzz toys and urges students to raise money for their educational activities by enticing them with prizes.
