SO YOU thought it was easy being God? So you thought he said ``Let there be light'' and it just . . . happened?
The comedy fable that brings a light note to the Virginia Festival of Jewish Film Tuesday presents a different idea. It is a message that this year's festival, the seventh annual, is bent upon not being such a guilt-ridden sad sack as those of the past.
