Anita Chesser pushed her shopping cart through the aisles of the recently expanded Navy Exchange in Norfolk and was surprised by what she found.
Lower shelves, wider aisles and a greater variety of merchandise.
``I do a lot of shopping at Navy Exchanges, but this was the first time I'd been out here since returning to the area,'' she said. ``This place has really grown.
``It's airy and open and has a lot more selection than I remembered.''
With four children ranging in ages from 1 to 11, Chesser spends a lot of time shopping for necessities.
