RECORD NUMBER OF SHOOTERS COMPETE IN NRA CHAMPIONSHIPS

CAMP PERRY, Ohio, July 19 /PRNewswire/ -- The National Rifle Association announced that Tech Sergeant James R. Lenardson, Army National Guard, of Toledo, Ohio, is the 1988 National Pistol Champion in the National Matches at Camp Perry. The National Pistol Championship is an aggregate of each shooter's score in the .22 Caliber, Center Fire, and .45 Caliber Championships.
