EXCELLENT SUPPLIES of fresh, dark and heavy passion fruit from New Zealand are now available, according to Melissa's World Variety Produce. Many local supermarkets carry passion fruit, both fresh and dried.
Passion fruit is fairly uncommon in the United States, but most people who have tried it find its fresh, tropical-paradise taste irresistible - and hard to describe.
