Norfolk's sea-going ambassador, the skipjack Norfolk, is getting ready for another season and, this year, she was awakened early from her winter torpor.
The 72-foot sailboat, built almost a century ago, was hauled out of the water at Todd Marine about a month earlier than usual, for painting, repairs and inspection, so that she could represent the city in ``Tall Ships Delaware'' over Memorial Day weekend on the Delaware River in Wilmington, Del.
