AKIRA JENNINGS, 18, doesn't plan to have sex - at least not until she meets the right guy.
Akira joins a growing number of teens who have decided to abstain. National experts believe this decision contributed to a 12 percent drop in teen pregnancy rates over the past year. Experts credit sex education classes, but many local teens, like Akira, disagree.
Rothell Fallen, 17, says sex education has little to do with the decline in teen pregnancy.
