LAST WEEK'S Issue of Faith: the joys of vacation Bible school. Here is this week's reader response:
From Teresa Lawrence of Chesapeake: ``We lived out in the country in the Bassett, Va., area when I was young. A neighbor would drive his pickup truck around to each house to collect the children for vacation Bible school. We all readily piled into the back of that truck.
``We enjoyed the Kool-Aid and cookies and cherished the little things we made, such as a book marker or a poodle dog made from a bar of soap and a dishcloth.
